As the core drive and control hub of the office height-adjustment system, the control box receives command signals from controls or sensors. After processing these signals via its built-in microprocessor, it outputs precise drive signals to the height-adjustment columns in each channel, enabling operations such as adjusting the desk height and switching between sitting and standing positions. Control boxes are delivered as components and are compatible with various office height-adjustable systems.

Built-in MOSFETs serve as motor commutation elements, enabling contactless, silent control and eliminating the noise and arc-firing risks associated with relay operation. It supports 2–4 column interfaces, with certain models supporting daisy-chain configuration, expandable up to 18 channels to meet centralized control needs for office scenarios ranging from single workstations to multi-workstation setups. Control boxes achieve closed-loop control via Hall sensor feedback—Hall sensors built into the columns transmit real-time position and speed signals to the control box, which dynamically adjusts its output accordingly to ensure precise synchronization among multiple columns even under uneven loads. The standard obstacle detection and retraction feature automatically stops the lift when an obstacle is encountered during operation and reverses direction to retract, protecting both desktop equipment and user safety. Built-in overload and thermal protection automatically cut off power or reduce output power under abnormal operating conditions. Standby power consumption is less than 0.1W, meeting green office energy-saving requirements. Supports an optional Bluetooth module for wireless control and height data management via a mobile app. An optional IoT interface is available for integration with enterprise smart office management systems, enabling remote collection and management of workstation usage data.
