● Medical control boxes, specifically developed for medical care settings such as hospital beds, nursing beds, Surgey tables, examination chairs, and rehabilitation equipment. Serving as the core drive and control hub of the actuator system, control boxes receive command signals from controls, nurse panels, or foot switches. After processing these signals via their built-in microprocessors, they output precise drive signals to the actuators in each channel, enabling multi-dimensional position control such as backrest elevation, leg section elevation, overall bed height adjustment, head-high/foot-low tilt, and side-tilt. Control boxes are delivered as components and comply with the IEC 60601-1 safety standard for medical electrical equipment.
● They employ a switching power supply solution with an output power range of 120W to 350W. A built-in field-effect transistor serves as the motor commutation element, enabling contactless, silent control and eliminating the noise and arc-firing risks associated with relay operation. It supports 4–6-channel actuator interfaces, enabling simultaneous control of multiple actuators. Control boxes achieve high-precision closed-loop control via Hall sensor feedback—Hall sensors built into the actuators transmit real-time position and speed signals to the control box, which dynamically adjusts its output accordingly to ensure precise synchronization among multi-channel actuators even under uneven loads. A digital communication protocol enables real-time bidirectional transmission of data such as actuator position, speed, and load. The number of ports can be expanded using a port repeater to connect additional accessories such as handheld controls, foot switches, or under-bed lights. It comes standard with a high protection rating and can withstand cleaning and disinfection in medical environments. An optional Bluetooth module is available to support wireless handheld controls or mobile app control. An optional backup battery interface allows for emergency operations even during power outages. An optional gateway system can be integrated to interface with the hospital’s nurse call system.
● These control boxes support customization options such as the number of channels, output power, communication protocols, protection rating, and exterior color, and various functional modules can be installed according to customer requirements.
