Gear motors
Specifically engineered for medical and industrial applications such as care beds, the gear motor serves as the core drive component in medical/industrial actuator systems. Through its gearbox, it converts the motor's high-speed rotation into high torque output, which then drives the lead screw or lifting mechanism for bed elevation and posture adjustment. The motor can be mounted directly under the care bed for synchronized lifting control, or paired with other actuators to enable more advanced or comprehensive functionality.
● Right-angle gear reduction design for compactness and efficient power transmission. Maximum rated torque: 10 Nm; no-load speed: up to 85 RPM. Supports multiple voltage options: 12V, 24V, and 36V DC.
● IP66-rated for water resistance, capable of withstanding high-pressure washing and strong disinfectants commonly used in medical environments. Built-in dual Hall sensors provide real-time feedback on motor speed and operating status, enabling precise closed-loop control. Optional motor brake ensures secure locking at any bed position. Low-noise operation meets the stringent quietness requirements of medical and industrial environments.
